Warranty - As a 3M certified installation company we are committed to excellence. We will provide our portion of the 3M MCS Warranty. We stand behind our work and will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
Service area - For no additional fee we service the Salt Lake Area. This includes the Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah Counties. Please note that minimum charges do apply to any and all jobs. For an addition fee we are willing to travel to any location in the United States. Rates depend on the Scope of the work to be performed and location. The above map notes the States in which we have already performed work.
Substrate Preparation - All substrates need to clean, warm and in good condition to allow a proper installation. Vehicles and Trailers should be washed the day before the installation to allow adequate drying time. Freshly painted walls also need adequate time to dry and cure prior to installation. We recommend following the manufacturer’s guidelines to determine curing time. If manufacturer’s guidelines are not available 3M recommends 7 to 10 days. Please also note that paint additives can interfere with proper adhesion and may cause the vinyl to fail. A wall adhesion test can be performed for an additional fee.
Temperature - Ideal installation temperature is around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Adhesive films are too brittle to install below 50 degrees and typically will not bond to surface temperatures below 40 degrees. Temperatures over 80 degrees make installation more difficult. Pre-mask can help but please know that it is not a cure all.
